4 years ago at the beginning of our 3X10X journey we asked ourselves

‘Why couldn’t all of our businesses become B Corp certified?’.

As of March 2026 we have done all 10 companies within the group are certified.

And it feels a little surreal.

We’re the only investment group in UK and Ireland who have committed to this goal, to be part of a group of businesses that are committed to changing the economic system and we hope it shows others that positively impactful growth is possible at scale.

This is a massive achievement for us. Across our group, leaders and teams have committed to rigorous standards of performance, accountability, and transparency. This is independent verification that our 3X ambition and 10X responsibility always grow together.

With B Corp Certification, we were looking for an international standard that we could unite the people within our businesses around, but also an international standard and a certification process that would be recognised as we expand globally.

Performance and impact: It’s how we grow. Improving the lives of customers, people, and the communities we serve while raising the bar for what business can be. We’ve always believed that businesses should and could be a force for good. That if we were to harness the power of business that we could solve many of the global challenges that we face today.

That’s why we began this journey: because changing the economic system won’t be easy, but it’s a challenge we’ve always been excited to take on. And we wanted to stand alongside a global community of businesses working to change the world.
