We got our businesses together for our summer quarterly. These get togethers are a chance to take time out of the day to day, to reconnect with people we haven’t seen in a while and to get to know the people we haven’t met before.

As we scale and grow on our #3X10X journey having fun and celebrating success across the Broadlake group becomes even more important.

It was also a chance for us to revisit and refine our Principles.
