Broadlake was honoured to receive the top award at one of Ireland’s leading Learning & Development events.

But while it’s great to be recognised, this award means something much more to us. It tells us that we’re on the right track, that our deep belief in people, growth and impact is being felt where it matters most: by our 4,000+ colleagues across Ireland.

At Broadlake, we say the world needs more builders, not bystanders. And that starts with building our people, giving them the tools, support, and belief to grow into the best versions of themselves.

We’re on an ambitious journey. Our vision of 3X10X,  to be three times the size with ten times the positive impact. This demands bold thinking and fast scaling. But for us, it’s never growth at any cost. It’s growth with purpose. Growth that doesn’t outpace our talent but brings them with us, every step of the way.
