What would have to be true to recreate an iconic 1970’s Top of the Pops moment with a group made up of semi reluctant interns, business analysts, finance people and a healthy smattering of the usual attention seeking stalwarts?!

This year the Broadlake Grads & Interns ran the show, taking us full‑tilt into ’70s Top of the Pops for a joyful dose of end‑of‑year optimism all for less than the cost of sending Christmas cards to everyone we wanted to!

Talent is our greatest asset, so making The Christmas Video becomes a brilliant chance to learn, lead and have a lot of fun.
