In 2023 we launched our first Accessibility for Everyone plan which formed part of our group wide H.A.V.E. Positive Impact Charter.

The A4E network influence the way we promote diversity, equity, accessibility, belonging and inclusion across Broadlake and our network of companies.

Since its launch we have worked together on delivering several initiatives including:

• Launching our A4E Employee Network which meets regularly.
• New Policy development.
• Completing our first group wide Workforce Diversity Survey.
• Delivering inclusion focused training as part of the Development Framework.
• Holding Pride@Broadlake events and sponsorship.
• Becoming members of the Open Doors Initiative & Pride at Work.
• Completing office accessibility reviews using the Mobility Mojo app.
• Implementing plans to ensure our websites are accessible.
• Delivering mentoring support to refugees and people from marginalised communities.
• Demonstrating visible solidarity and allyship.

We have more to do and now working on our 2026 – 2027 plan.  Why not join the A4E network to play your part!
